Eastern Transport Access Network

The ETAN network helps users, carers and service providers work together to improve transport access for those who qualify for Home and Community Care (HACC) services.

ETAN Volunteer Parking Manual 2007

Recently our office in cooperation with Volunteer Resource Centres and Melbourne Metropolitan Hospitals produced the ETAN Volunteers Parking Manual for 2007. On behalf of our member organisations, we would like to express our interest in helping to improve Home and Community Care (HACC) Clients access to hospitals through-out Melbourne. We would further like to express our interest in improving the conditions for Volunteer Drivers who provide a valued and needed service for HACC clients needing to access hospital services.

We would like to invite comments from Transort Coordinators and Volunteer Drivers to please add comments relating to this manual for the purpose of future research towards the improvement of services and conditions.

Thank you for your consideration of the issues presented, and we look forward to the opportunity to read your comments.
